What White Falcon Handles On Site
Each visit is completed against the approved equipment list, site requirements, and acceptance criteria supplied by the project owner.
POS Deployment and Hardware Refreshes
White Falcon sets up checkout workstations and connects peripherals such as printers, scanners, cash drawers, displays, and payment devices.
Technicians can apply approved settings, test components, support go-live checks, and remove replaced equipment as instructed.
Self-Checkout and Kiosk Rollouts
We assemble, position, and commission self-checkout stations, self-ordering units, payment kiosks, check-in terminals, and other customer-facing systems.
The work may involve touchscreen checks, peripheral connections, scanner and printer validation, final placement, and coordination with the remote application or platform team.
Automated Locker Deployment
White Falcon supports automated locker systems for pickup, asset distribution, and other unattended workflows.
Field work can include locker assembly, controller and reader connections, door checks, compartment verification, and vendor coordination during activation.
Maintenance, Replacement, and Break/Fix
For failed or unreliable equipment, technicians inspect the affected unit, isolate the physical or connectivity issue, and replace authorized components where parts and instructions are available.
Preventive visits can also be used to identify wear, damaged connections, poor cable routing, or equipment conditions that may require further attention.
Why Choose White Falcon for Retail Tech?
Retail systems run on tight schedules with little room for disruption.
White Falcon is different.
White Falcon coordinates field work around live-site conditions.
- Coordinated Rollout Control
Site schedules, technical contacts, deployment instructions, and escalation paths can be organized before the first technician is dispatched. This gives project managers a repeatable process across multiple locations.
- White-Label MSP Delivery
We communicate through the agreed channels, follow the approved scope, and protect the relationship between the MSP and its client.
- Awareness of Live Business Environments
Technicians plan the work around store access, customer areas, staff operations, equipment security, and the approved service window.
- Controlled Exception Handling
When site conditions differ from the runbook, the technician documents the issue and escalates it to the designated contact instead of making unapproved changes.

How a POS, Kiosk & Locker Engagement Works
Request and triage
Submit a service request or contact dispatch. We confirm the location count, project type, required service window, equipment status, urgency, and technical contacts.
Scope confirmation
Before scheduling, we review the deployment runbook, equipment list, access instructions, power and connectivity requirements, shipping status, floor plan, where applicable, and escalation process.
On-site execution
A technician or coordinated team follows the approved instructions, records progress, works with the remote technical contact, and escalates exceptions before leaving the site.
Documentation and closeout
Each completed visit can include job notes, site photos, installed and removed asset details, test outcomes, unresolved items, and customer sign-off. Closeout documentation is delivered within 24 hours unless another reporting schedule is agreed.

Common Questions
Is White Falcon a POS software vendor or payment processor?
/ANS/
No. White Falcon provides on-site field execution. POS applications, merchant accounts, transaction processing, and payment rates remain under the control of the client’s platform provider, acquirer, or processor.
Which POS platforms and hardware brands have your technicians worked with?
/ANS/
Our technicians have field experience in environments using Oracle MICROS, NCR, Toshiba, Epson, Zebra, Honeywell, Star Micronics, Verifone, Ingenico, and PAX.
Brand references describe field experience and do not imply manufacturer authorization or partnership.
Can your technicians configure POS software?
/ANS/
We can apply approved settings and complete configuration steps provided by the MSP, enterprise technical team, or platform owner. Changes requiring administrative ownership or application-level engineering remain with the responsible provider.
Can White Falcon install payment terminals and PIN pads?
/ANS/
Yes. We can mount, connect, replace, and physically validate payment devices according to instructions from the merchant’s processor or platform team.
We do not activate merchant services or certify payment-processing compliance.
What is the difference between a self-checkout, a kiosk, and an automated locker?
/ANS/
A self-checkout system lets customers scan and pay for goods. A kiosk supports a specific self-service task such as ordering, check-in, or ticketing. An automated locker stores items or assets in electronically controlled compartments for authorized pickup.
Can kiosk installations follow an approved accessibility plan?
/ANS/
Yes. Our technicians can follow the mounting, clearance, placement, and access requirements provided in the approved site plan.
Accessibility design review or compliance certification must be included explicitly when it is part of the contracted scope.
Which industries does White Falcon support with POS field services?
/ANS/
We support enterprise environments that include retail stores, restaurants, hotels, pharmacies, grocery locations, convenience stores, warehouses, and other multi-site commercial operations.
Can the work be completed outside normal business hours?
/ANS/
Yes, subject to location, scope, and technician availability. Evening, overnight, and weekend scheduling can be arranged for projects that need to avoid customer disruption or align with a planned go-live window.
