On-Site Access Control Support for MSPs and BC Businesses
Access control connects the door entry point to the hardware that determines when authorized users can enter.
Getting the physical installation right requires coordination between the site, the security plan, and the team responsible for the system.
- For MSPs
White Falcon can provide the local field technician while your team remains responsible for the client relationship and technical direction.
We work from your approved scope and coordinate with your designated engineer or project contact when a site decision or remote action is required.
- For businesses
White Falcon supports commercial sites that need to introduce controlled entry, replace aging access hardware, or address an existing door-access issue.
The work is coordinated with the appropriate facility, security, or IT contact so the installation fits the way the property is operated.

What White Falcon Handles On Site
The final access control scope depends on the door, equipment, system design, infrastructure, and project requirements.
Card Readers, Key Fobs, and Door Access Hardware
White Falcon installs the physical components used by card and key fob access systems.
This can include reader mounting, keypad hardware (where specified), device placement, cable connections, and checks at the controlled entry point before the system is handed over for normal use.
Controllers and Electronic Locking Hardware
Our technicians support the field installation of the equipment that connects the door to the access control system.
Depending on the approved design, this may include access control panels, door controllers, power supplies, electric strikes, magnetic locks, request-to-exit devices, door contacts, and associated low-voltage connections.
Existing-System Upgrades and Troubleshooting
White Falcon can inspect existing access control systems, test accessible connections, replace approved hardware, and document damaged or disconnected components.
We also support upgrades, expansion, and remediation when the required equipment and technical details are available.
Multi-Door and Multi-Site Installation
For projects involving several controlled doors or locations, White Falcon can work from a common hardware schedule, installation standard, and site plan.
This allows the project owner to apply one field specification across branch offices, commercial properties, and other distributed sites while site-specific conditions are recorded separately.
Why Teams Choose White Falcon for Access Control Field Work
Access control work requires careful coordination around occupied entrances, secure areas, and active building systems.
White Falcon is different.
White Falcon combines field execution, network awareness, hardware coordination, and closeout reporting in one process.
- Senior-led technicians
White Falcon assigns experienced technicians who are accustomed to commercial infrastructure, low-voltage systems, networked equipment, and working inside active business environments.
- White-Label MSP Delivery
For MSP-managed projects, technicians can work within the MSP’s client-facing standards while leaving system ownership and technical authority with the MSP.
- Flexible Service Windows
Access control work can be scheduled around building operations when the scope and technician availability allow, including evening or after-hours windows for locations where daytime work would be disruptive.
- Team-Based Support for Larger Projects
Projects with several doors, floors, or locations may require more than one person on site. White Falcon can coordinate field teams for scopes that benefit from parallel installation or a tighter project schedule.

How an Access Control Engagement Works
Request and Site Details
Send the site location, number of doors, project goal, system details, available plans or photos, and preferred service window. For active issues, include the affected entry point and any known hardware or system messages.
Scope and Hardware Review
Dispatch reviews the scope, access needs, equipment, technical contacts, and site dependencies before the visit. For existing systems, model details and current documentation help confirm on-site support requirements.
On-Site Execution
The technician completes the authorized field work and coordinates with the designated technical contact when remote configuration, approval, or system-level action is required. Conditions outside the agreed work order are raised before additional changes are made.
Testing and Closeout
After the work is complete, the technician documents the results. Closeout may include site photos, device locations, labels, hardware details, test notes, unresolved issues, and completion notes. Standard reporting is delivered within 24 hours unless otherwise agreed.

Common Questions
Does White Falcon manage employee access permissions and credentials?
/ANS/
The page focuses on physical access control fieldwork. Credential enrolment, access permissions, administrative programming, and platform management depend on the system and must be confirmed as part of the project scope.
Can White Falcon work on an access control system installed by another company?
/ANS/
Existing systems can be assessed when sufficient site access and hardware information are available. Dispatch may request photographs, controller details, reader models, or existing documentation before confirming what work can be completed.
Is access control the same as a security camera system?
/ANS/
No. Access control manages physical entry through controlled doors and related hardware. CCTV and video recording belong to White Falcon’s separate Security & Surveillance service.
Does White Falcon support every access control manufacturer?
/ANS/
Manufacturer support should be confirmed before scheduling. Send the controller, reader, lock, and software information you have so dispatch can determine whether the required field work is within scope.
Can White Falcon work on access control systems outside business hours?
/ANS/
Yes, subject to technician availability, location, and project requirements. An after-hours service window may be appropriate when work affects a busy entrance or needs to align with a planned system change.
Does access control installation require licensed technicians in British Columbia?
/ANS/
Access control and electronic locking work may fall under regulated security work categories in British Columbia. White Falcon should confirm the applicable licensing requirements and technician qualifications for each contracted scope before scheduling.
Can door, electrical, or locksmith work be included?
/ANS/
Some projects require work from another building trade in addition to the access control field scope. Those requirements should be identified during project review so the appropriate responsibilities can be coordinated before installation.
